It all starts when we provide a quote, or customers visit our website.  We get a clear picture of what our customers are trying to accomplish and when it's needed.  As the order is placed into production, it's printed on the most attractive stock for competitive pricing and graphic workmanship.  We use "clean" toners and "soy" based inks on our digital and offset presses to reduce pollution and yet provide pantone accuracy.   Our presses are calibrated daily to assure consistency and furthermore, we maintain a copy of the printed pieces on our RIP to help with color matching.  We spare our customer the embarrassment of having multiple pieces printed that don't match.

Not only do we inquire about the printing or binding aspects of the product, but the mailing and it's final destination.  Sometimes looking at a customer's data file can save hundreds of dollars and by eliminating bad records, delivery of the mail piece is improved, enabling the campaign to be even more successful.
Updating the customer's mail list is an active way we get involved to help our customers hit their marketing goal.   Once your order is confirmed we will assign a delivery or mailing date and review this with the customer for approval.   We initiate a proof, then the order is sent into production.  Since the evolution of digital printing, most orders are completed in as little as 48 hours or less, however, additional time may be required for mailing or special bindery services.  If your product requires mailing, we will provide a certified copy of the postal 3602 mail form so you'll rest assured that your product is being distributed.  There's no charge for delivery, and products are delivered promptly by an Action Litho employee or delivery service.
